Providing support & administration services for a team of Financial Advisers
New business admin
Adding & scanning documents to the back-office system
Processing of adviser and provider documentation
Obtaining illustrations
Preparing client correspondence
Maintain back office systems and client records
The successful applicant will have :-
A background in Financial Services
Suitable backgrounds could include IFA Administration, Financial Adviser Client Support, Wealth Administration.
Be well organised
Good level of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
