What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs.
• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
• Using strategies to support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development.
• Helping create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.

• Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting (school-based or otherwise).
• A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to meet pupils’ individual needs.
