About the role

We’re looking for a Lead Programme Manager to join our Property team and take the reins of a large, multi-national programme of complex operating model change. This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional teams—spanning Data, Process, Tech and Business—through the design and delivery of a transformative programme that touches policy, people, process and systems. You’ll be at the heart of shaping how we work, ensuring strong governance, clear stakeholder engagement, and a well-managed plan that delivers real outcomes for our business and customers.

The Hiring Manager for this role is Lois Farrar.

You will be responsible for

  • Leading the development and management of a comprehensive programme plan, with clearly understood dependencies across design and implementation phases
  • Managing programme governance forums and ensuring effective decision-making
  • Engaging key stakeholders within and outside of governance forums to drive alignment and momentum
  • Delivering programme outcomes in line with the business case, while managing trade-offs across interlinked projects
  • Overseeing production and monitoring of the programme plan, and communicating progress against key milestones
  • Ensuring the right resources are in place and aligned to programme priorities and budget
  • Managing cross-programme interdependencies, risks and issues, and escalating where needed for clear direction
  • Building and leading a high-performing team, creating an environment where colleagues can thrive
  • Forecasting and managing budgets effectively

You will need

  • Operating Model programme management (from inception to outcome delivery) essential, must include system replacement
  • Experience of budgeting and planning processes.
  • Leading and influencing programme team and senior stakeholders
  • Property background helpful
  • Delivering through others
