ob Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to the Headteacher, providing confidential administrative support, managing complex schedules and communications, playing a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven experience of providing high-level administrative or PA support in a busy and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for the Headteacher.
• The ability to exercise the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
• A proactive and flexible approach, demonstrating initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
• A commitment to the school’s values of Respect, Responsibility, and Aspiration, and to contributing positively to the wider school community.
