What skills and experience we're looking for
Our new LARP at Fossdene opened its doors in September 2025. We are a 16 place LARP for children with ASD and complex learning needs aged 4-11. This is an exciting opportunity to open the second classroom in our LARP, working as part of a large team in a vibrant setting.
• Experience of working with primary age children, particularly those with SEND.
• Experience of working in a LARP or special school with children with ASD and severe learning diffculties.
• Training/experience in delivering social communication interventions. (e.g sensory circuit, intensive interaction, Attention Autism) or Speech and Language interventions.
• Positive handling training.
• Willingness to work as part of a team to meet the diverse needs of our children.
• A love of play and learning.
• Flexibility, resilience and a sense of humour!
