What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Senior Practitioner or Deputy Manager in a childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS frameworks and child development principles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education to children

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the baby room, delivering exceptional care and education in line with EYFS standards.
  • Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations, staff management, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop the nursery team, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration.
  • Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are implemented and upheld.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents, building lasting, trusting relationships.
  • Monitor developmental progress and plan engaging, age-appropriate activities.
