What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above (essential)
- Proven experience as a Senior Practitioner or Deputy Manager in a childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS frameworks and child development principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education to children

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the baby room, delivering exceptional care and education in line with EYFS standards.
- Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations, staff management, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentor and develop the nursery team, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration.
- Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are implemented and upheld.
- Maintain strong communication with parents, building lasting, trusting relationships.
- Monitor developmental progress and plan engaging, age-appropriate activities.
