Business Process Administrator



Pay £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) plus instant pay access with Stream



6-month fixed term contract, Full time (37.4 hpw)

We support a variety of customers with learning and physical disabilities, aged 18+, some of our customers have been with us for many years and are now in their 60’s. All our customers have varying care and support needs to live independently in their own home with peace of mind.



We are looking for a Business Process Administrator to support with a multitude and wide variety of tasks; you are responsible for providing a brilliant administration service within Newcastle LD services. Your work promotes efficiency, drives productivity, and is focused on brilliant outcomes for our customers and services.



What you’ll do



  • Efficiently using in-house systems and promoting their use, you will maximise service delivery speed and team productivity.


  • Your accurate and timely administration ensures seamless regional support. With up-to-date colleague data and efficient file management, you improve organisational effectiveness.


  • Providing excellent customer service, you support the achievement of high customer satisfaction.


  • Prompt and accurate handling of Oracle-related tasks, including requisitions and invoices, contribute to the organisation’s financial accuracy and operational efficiency.


  • Your seamless administrative support, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensures nothing is overlooked.


  • Supporting meetings and managing information, sometimes confidential in nature, you ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the board.

The practical bits



  • Working across our 9 Newcastle LD services (Warrington Road, Drove Road, Park View, Andrew Court, Hartford Court, Hunters Moor, Bentinck Place, Lynnwood Avenue, Dunelm)


  • Also working remotely and from Tyneside Foyer/One Strawberry Lane


  • 37.5 hours per week across 5 days (Mon-Fri – possible occasional weekend dates where required)


  • Flexible on start and finish times (preferred would be 09:00-17:00 in line with current RM and Deputy patterns)
