Summary
Engage stakeholders to identify, define, scope and prioritise business automation use cases Translate business requirements into scalable, agent-based automation solutions Design and implement AI-driven agents using Copilot Studio to automate Build and optimise Power Automate flows across departments, integrating with business systems via APIs Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents). Build and configure topics, triggers, and dialogues to support natural language interactions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into conversational workflows. Conduct end-to-end testing of AI agents to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction. Monitor performance using analytics and telemetry tools; iterate based on feedback and usage data. Contribute to communities of practice to promote collaboration, shared learning, and alignment with organisational objectives. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on AI/ML best practices, model deployment, and data analysis techniques, ensuring knowledge transfer and team capability development.
