Summary
The successful candidate will:
• Have a background of working with vulnerable adults
• Join an established professional advocacy team
• Work closely with the Board of Trustees, delivering on IANE’s mission and strategic plan and deliver on financial targets
• Responsible for staff leadership, management and development
• Full administration of the organisation in line with policies
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• Be subject to a ‘fully enhanced’ DBS check
Starting Salary – £45,833 (30 hours per week pro-rata)
Subject to 6 month probationary period
