Main Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
  • Make outgoing phone calls to customers with updates on their orders. Investigate and resolve a range of complaints
  • Log complaints on the system and mark to the relevant department.
  • Support customers arriving on site
  • Organising the service schedules and arranging customer visits
  • Booking courier services
  • Learn the technical knowledge of products
