Benefits/ Details:

Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shift pattern between the hours of 8AM - 7.30PM, Monday - Friday, and occasional Saturday support, 9AM - 12PM
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home once trained

What will you be doing as the Customer Service Advisor?

• Taking inbound calls from customers
• Processing orders
• Sorting out returns
• Handling enquiries & complaints
• Suggesting alternative products that offer better value

What do you need, to be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor?

• Experience in a customer-facing role (doesn't need to be in an office)
• Comfortable handling high call volumes
