Quality & Governance Administrative Support Officer
Band 4
37.5 hours- Permanent
An opportunity has arisen within the Integrated Governance and Nursing Team for an experienced and skilled administrator to support the delivery of the Trust's quality, governance and assurance agenda.
You will need excellent communication skills and be confident in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Teams. You will also need to have a professional attitude and be resilient, adaptable and flexible.

The post holder will provide administrative support for key senior level meetings and projects for the teams related to Quality and Governance. This includes providing direct support for key Governance Committee meetings including minute taking, management of papers and actions and direct liaison with committee members. The role will require the analysis and the inputting of data in local and national databases and maintenance of local databases as required. The post holder will also support the collation of information responses within the department for third party organisations, preparation of key governance related documents and will provide direct support to the Governance Leads.
