Summary

£14.10 per hour
Monday – Friday / Day & Night Shifts

Our client based in the Mold area is currently looking for a Warehouse/FLT Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for supervising a small team of FLT Operators and working closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager. Key duties include operating FLTs as and when needed, managing goods in and out, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and coordinating with production teams to maintain workflow.

Performance Objectives
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of production FLT operatives, overseeing day to day operations.
• Material Handling: Operate forklift trucks (FLTs) and other equipment to move, store, and dispatch goods.
• Stock Management: Oversee stock control, counting, and ensuring accurate placement of products in and out of the warehouses.
• Production Support: Coordinate with production teams supervisors to ensure smooth material flow and support their needs.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all warehouse operations and FLT use comply with health and safety regulations.
• Warehouse Operations: Manage all movement of stock from the warehouse to and from production units.
• Maintenance & Housekeeping: Perform general housekeeping and ensure equipment, including FLTs, is maintained and checked.

Person Specification
• FLT License: A valid Counterbalance FLT license is essential.
• Experience: Supervisory experience in warehouse operations is required, preferably in FMCG.
• Technical : Proficiency with FLTs and other mechanical warehouse equipment.
• IT Skills: Good IT skills are required, with experience in warehouse management systems.
