Hexagon Recruitment is working with our client to find a Warehouse Supervisor & Stock Inventory Control professional in Mold. This key role ensures accurate stock inventories and efficient material flow between the warehouse and production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely dispatch and material flow.

  
  

• Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.

  
  

• Manage inbound and outbound goods with correct documentation.

  
  

• Lead a team of Forklift Operatives, ensuring safety and efficiency.

  
  

• Handle stock rotation, identify damaged/aged stock, and suggest improvements.

  
  

• Authorise timesheets, overtime, and agency staff as needed.

  
  

• Step in for the Warehouse & Logistics Manager during absence.

  
  Skills & Experience:

  • FLT Counterbalance licence essential; VNA licence desirable.

    
    

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and stock control.

    
    

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    
    

  • Ability to analyse stock data and improve operational performance.

    
    

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
