Responsibilities
Review and assess housing applications and relevant documentation to determine eligibility.
Work collaboratively with other departments and agencies to improve housing solutions.
Analyze trends in housing needs and produce reports for management.
Provide expert advice and guidance on housing policy and procedures.
Conduct interviews with applicants to gather necessary information for assessments.
Identify and recommend improvements to housing review processes and procedures.
Stay informed about local housing developments, legislation, and best practices in the field.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in housing, social services, or a related area.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and community engagement.
Familiarity with housing regulations and policies at local, state, and federal levels.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.62
