Salary up to £65,000.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a purpose-built care home in Wigston, Leicester. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing nursing homes, ideally with turnaround experience, as the facility is currently rated as Requires Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Implement strategies to improve care standards and achieve compliance.
- Provide leadership and support to the care team.
- Ensure high-quality care for elderly residents with dementia and nursing needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a nursing home.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in improving care home ratings is advantageous.
