Customer Support Administrator – Income Team
Location: Birmingham, QA Higher Education
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm or 9am–5:30pm

What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for students via phone, email, and in-person drop-ins.
- Assist with tuition fee payments, grants, and instalment plans, ensuring timely collections.
- Handle change of circumstances requests and support credit control processes.
- Maintain accurate sales ledger records and build strong relationships with students to guide them through payment options.
What we’re looking for:
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT proficiency, plus solid literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tasks.
