We are seeking anenthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Class Teacherto join a friendly and supportive infant school team. This is a full-classteaching role, covering maternity leave, and will involve all aspects ofclassroom responsibility.
Your new role
Your responsibilities include:
- Deliverengaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Plan,prepare, and assess learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Markwork and provide constructive feedback to support pupil progress.
- Attendstaff meetings and contribute to the wider school community.
- Communicateeffectively with parents, including attending parents' evenings.
- Maintaina positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS).
- Experienceteaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 preferred).
- Strongclassroom management and organisational skills.
- Apassion for supporting young learners and fostering a love of learning.
