DESCRIPTION

At Mollie’s, our Motel Team is at the heart of what we do. They’re the warm welcome, the friendly face, and the reassuring presence that makes every stay feel special. We’re looking for people who are naturally personable, service-driven, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the Head Receptionist and Housekeeping Team to ensure every room meets our signature Mollie’s brand standards.

  • Deliver exceptional service—from the moment our guests arrive to the moment they leave.

  • Follow our guest policies and operational procedures to keep things running smoothly, safely, and consistently.

  • Bring positive energy to every shift and help create a stay our guests will remember for all the right reasons.

We require a minimum of one years experience working as a Receptionist and you are looking to take a step up to supervisor level or you are currently in this role.

This role is a temporary position, covering maternity, expected to end in November 2026, but this is subject to change.
