Completely Care is looking for reliable, confident Welsh-speaking Cover Teachers to work across a variety of schools. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or looking to broaden your classroom experience, we offer flexible opportunities to suit your schedule.
About the Role:
As a Welsh-Speaking Cover Teacher, you’ll step into classrooms to deliver lessons when the regular teacher is absent. Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment
• Delivering lessons in Welsh where required
• Managing student behaviour effectively
• Supporting pupils as they work through pre-prepared lesson plans
• Upholding school policies and safeguarding standards
We’re Looking For Candidates Who Have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• At least 6 months’ UK classroom experience
• Fluent Welsh language skills (essential)
• A confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management
• The ability to follow lesson plans and support learners effectively
• A flexible, proactive attitude to working across different schools and age groups
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• The right to work in the UK
