Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant (TA)
Completely Care is seeking dedicated Welsh-speaking TAs and SEN TAs to support schools across a wide range of primary, secondary, and specialist settings. Whether you’re looking for flexible work or a consistent long-term role, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Welsh-Speaking TA or SEN TA, you will:
• Support pupils during lessons and assist with learning activities (in Welsh where required)
• Work with individuals or small groups to help them progress
• Provide additional support to pupils with special educational needs (for SEN TA roles)
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, behaviour support, and general classroom duties
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Promote the use of the Welsh language across the school day
Requirements:
• UK-based experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
• SEN experience is an advantage for SEN TA positions
• Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
• A friendly, patient, and adaptable approach
• A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
