We have an exciting role working alongside our physiotherapists & occupational therapists in our therapy team. We are looking for someone dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated to support the team in providing therapy services on the respiratory and medical wards.

Do you have significant experience working within a physical health setting or have a foundation degree in Rehabilitation or similar and looking for your next challenge? If so, this could be your next career move.

This role will involve you working closely with the multidisciplinary team, assessing and treating patients with a wide range of presentations. You should be adaptable, flexible and enjoy working as part of a large friendly team in a busy environment.

Clinical Lead SMART team
• To support the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy teams within the respiratory and medical wards in providing high quality patient centred care.
• To assist therapists in the rehabilitation of patients by carrying out treatment plans developed by therapists and by progressing those treatment plans within agreed frameworks.
• To carry out patient assessment and treatment in a wide variety of settings including the ward, gym and the patient’s home.
