Summary

We're seeking a Trust-wide Head of Inclusion and SEND to drive strategic development and support schools to deliver exceptional provision for all pupils.
This 0.4 FTE role, delivered over 2 or 3 days per week, offers genuine flexibility to fit around your existing commitments. It's ideal for someone ready to step into a wider leadership remit or progress towards a senior Trust role.
You'll hold QTS, a recognised SEND leadership qualification, and a strong record of school improvement. You'll collaborate with our Executive Team and Headteachers to ensure inclusive practice is embedded at every level.

Travel across schools is required; The Deanes is our central base.
