Summary
To assist the practice team in the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of care as appropriate. To assist in the delivery of NHS Health Checks across the group To report accurately perceived changes in a patient manner, observations etc To promote health within the practice setting. To prepare clinical areas for procedures.
