Summary

37 hours per week

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Revenue’s team. The successful candidate will carry out investigation work, including property visits, to obtain and verify information.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring and identifying new developments for inclusion in Council Tax and Business Rate lists
Reviewing discounts and exemptions
Preparing reports and liaising with internal and external departments
Essential skills and experience:

Strong communication and customer service skills, with experience working directly with the public
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Willingness to undertake relevant training
Full UK driving licence
