Summary

Join Aspire as our Commissioning Manager and help shape life-changing opportunities for young people.

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-focused leader to drive our commissioning portfolio, oversee student admissions, and champion high-quality provision across our academy and remote sites. In this pivotal role, you’ll build strong partnerships with Local Authorities and external commissioners, lead marketing initiatives, coordinate CPD delivery, and support our students through effective pastoral and operational oversight. If you’re an organised, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable young people, we’d love to hear from you.

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only plus 5 training days
