Summary
Care Assistant:
Hours of work 7-12, 12-5, 5-10
30 Hours Per week / 20 Hours per week
Every other weekend rota basis.

Summary of duties:
·Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals
.Security checks and wellbeing checks.
.Allocated tasks
·Contributing to residents’ care plans, with a demonstrable understanding of holistic care
·Building effective relationships with relatives and next of kin in order to fully support the delivery of high-quality care to residents
Skills required:
Ideally you will have previous experience working in a care / care home environment and an understanding of dementia and person centered care. However, if you`re new to the care sector mandatory training and the care certificate will be provided, but above all, a positive and can-do attitude is essential.
