Key Responsibilities IT Administration & User Management
Manage application user accounts, permissions, and access levels across multiple business systems.
Handle file server user administration including folder access, security permissions, and user provisioning.
Oversee and resolve helpdesk support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical issues.
Information Security Support
Assist the Information Security Manager with due diligence questionnaires, audit documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
Support regular system checks, security protocols, and data protection best practices.
Technical Support & System Maintenance
Provide day-to-day IT assistance to staff across the organisation, both on-site and remotely.
Manage the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of software, hardware, and IT systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to networks, devices, applications, and user environments.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in IT support, service desk, or IT administration role.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, user account management, and Windows environments.
Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and troubleshooting common software/hardware issues.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data protection, and IT compliance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
