Crynodeb
We are looking for a committed and positive individual to support and deliver youth activities for groups of around ten young people. The role involves creating a safe, engaging environment where young people can take part in a range of activities that build confidence, social skills, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and deliver youth activities for young people aged 11 to 18
• Help plan and lead sessions that are fun, safe, and inclusive
• Build positive relationships and act as a role model
• Encourage participation and manage group dynamics
• Maintain professional boundaries at all times
• Follow safeguarding and reporting procedures
• Set up and pack down activity spaces
What We Are Looking For
• Experience working with young people (paid or voluntary)
• Confidence leading small groups
• Strong communication and a calm, supportive approach
• Reliability and professionalism
• Ability to work as part of a team
