Summary
We are looking for a confident and positive individual to deliver engaging table tennis sessions for groups of around ten young people. The role involves creating a welcoming environment, supporting young people of mixed abilities, encouraging participation, and maintaining a safe and inclusive space.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead table tennis sessions for young people aged 11 to 18
• Encourage skill development, teamwork, and confidence
• Manage group dynamics and maintain appropriate boundaries
• Ensure the session space is safe and well organised
• Build positive relationships with young people while acting as a role model
• Report any concerns in line with safeguarding procedures
What We Are Looking For
• Experience working with young people (paid or voluntary)
• Confidence in leading small groups
• Good communication and a calm, encouraging approach
• Basic table tennis knowledge and willingness to develop skills
• Reliability and professionalism
