Summary
Are you a Registered Nurse or Paramedic, with a strong background in resuscitation within the NHS? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Resuscitation Officer to join our team and play a key role in improving patient safety and emergency response across the Trust.
As a clinical expert in resuscitation, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership on the management of deteriorating patients. You will design and deliver high-quality training, including simulation-based exercises, and support staff to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to respond effectively to medical emergencies. Working closely with colleagues in Clinical Governance, Learning and Development, and across all directorates, you will ensure national standards are met and lessons from incidents are embedded into practice.

You will be a visible leader, supporting services in developing a culture of safety and continuous improvement, while ensuring resuscitation policies, procedures, and equipment are standardised and compliant across the Trust.
