Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join our Assessment & Safeguarding team. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of service users.
Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals and families in distress.
Advocate for the rights and well-being of children and vulnerable adults.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a social work setting.
Strong understanding of assessment and safeguarding frameworks and legislation.
Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide effective support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and best practice in social work.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.73
