We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to join our team in Scotland. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring effective communication within our organization. You will be responsible for managing a variety of office tasks, including answering phones, greeting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating appointments. In addition to front desk duties, you will also support administration by managing correspondence and assisting with basic clerical functions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Cooperate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to customer service.
