Join TPAT as an Area Facilities Manager – Shape Exceptional Learning Environments

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact across a dynamic educational estate? TPAT is seeking a proactive and dedicated Area Facilities Manager to lead the way in delivering outstanding operational services across our cluster of primary schools in the West of Cornwall.

This role is pivotal role within the Trust, ensuring our schools are maintained to the highest standard's, providing leadership and line management for school’s sites teams and to ensure that stakeholder focused services are provided.

About You:

We are looking to hear from experienced candidates who can:

-Drive excellence in facilities management, ensuring smooth, efficient, and coordinated service delivery for all stakeholders.

-Create safe, inspiring, and compliant learning environments where students and staff thrive.

-Inform strategic planning and execution across facilities, health and safety, and premises operations—delivering high-quality outcomes in both the short and medium term.

-Provide strong leadership and line management to school site teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and stakeholder focus.

-Ensure service contracts are delivered to the highest standards, aligned with best practice and current legislation.
