About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and compassionate Part-Time Community Carers to join our domiciliary care team in Truro and the surrounding areas. As a Community Carer, you will be supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Hours & Pay:
Varying hours and days (flexible scheduling)
Pay Rates:
£13.00 per hour – Weekdays
£14.00 per hour – Weekends
£14.25 per hour – Weekend evenings
Mileage paid at 40p per mile after the first 10 miles
Paid weekly every Friday
Requirements:
Must hold up-to-date training/certificates in:
• Safeguarding
• Manual Handling
• First Aid
• Infection Control
• Medication Administration
Previous experience in domiciliary or community care preferred
Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle essential
Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and support in clients’ homes
Assisting with medication and daily living tasks
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Maintaining accurate care records
