Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated, and committed individual to lead our existing lunchtime team and supervise our Key Stage 2 children at lunchtimes.
You will be responsible for supervising children both in the dining hall and out on the playground, leading play activities and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children in and around the school building and playground.
You will need to be professional and polite and a good role model. You are expected to be able to communicate effectively with children and staff with a good standard of spoken and written English. It is essential that you can work as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience of working with children
• Is an excellent team player
• Is flexible and adaptable
● Has the ability to lead and motivate staff and children by being patient, positive and kind
