ABOUT THE ROLE.

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Delivery Manager to play a key role in planning, organising, and leading teams to
deliver technology solutions across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence change, drive transformation, and work closely with senior leaders to shape how
technology supports our strategic goals.

You will guide business change and product delivery with clarity and calm, ensuring stakeholders are well informed and that
outcomes align with the wider Transformation Programme.

What you’ll be doing.

PRODUCT & CHANGE DELIVERY

* Deliver business change and product features efficiently and transparently, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
* Work with senior leaders to assess product-market fit, explore solution options and implement agreed changes to achieve the
best outcomes.

AGILE DELIVERY & TEAM SUPPORT

* Apply agile principles to prioritise effectively, generate value quickly and adapt when needed.

* Support software delivery teams by providing clarity, removing blockers and maintaining clear communication channels.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & GOVERNANCE

* Set up and run projects with strong discipline and good practice, including clear scope, risk and issue management, engaged
sponsors, appropriate resourcing and meaningful milestones.

* Collaborate closely with development and delivery teams across Global to ensure joined-up working.

SUPPLIER & RELEASE MANAGEMENT

* Build strong relationships with external suppliers to ensure fixes and releases are delivered successfully, with minimal
business disruption.

* Manage budgets responsibly, including regular cost reporting and forecasting.

STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION

* Communicate confidently across the business, translating complex or technical concepts into clear, jargon-free language
tailored to your audience

ABOUT YOU.

You’ll be an organised, influential and adaptive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping teams and
stakeholders achieve their best. You’ll bring a balance of strategic insight, operational rigour and a genuine curiosity for
innovation and technology.

YOU’LL BRING:

* Broad understanding of technology ecosystems.

* Strong expertise in agile software delivery and coaching.

* An enquiring mind with an interest in innovation and AI.

* A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery capability.

* Strong commercial acumen, numeracy and budget management experience.

* Experience in stakeholder engagement, vendor negotiation, risk management and prioritisation.

* Scrum Master certification and coaching experience.

YOU’LL ALSO BE SOMEONE WHO:

* Is resilient, calm under pressure and thrives in a high-expectation, performance-driven environment.

* Has presence, personal impact and credibility with senior stakeholders.

* Is an experienced people leader who builds, supports and motivates teams.

* Communicates complex technical topics confidently in both technical and non-technical language.

* Absorbs complex information quickly and makes sound decisions.

* Excels at prioritisation and problem-solving, balancing analytical and creative thinking.

* Builds strong working relationships and uses influence to drive progress.
