We are seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver high-quality air conditioning, refrigeration, and building maintenance services across client properties within the designated region.​

This role is essential to ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Job Description

As part of our technical team, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose and repair faults, and perform installations.​

You will also liaise with clients, manage contractors, and maintain accurate compliance records.​

Key Responsibilities

Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, including basic electrical fault finding.

Undertake installations and upgrades of AC and refrigeration equipment.

Maintain plant rooms and ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards.

Liaise with clients to provide professional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage contractors, monitor workmanship, and issue permits to work.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and company procedures.

Accurately complete documentation, compliance records, and administrative tasks.

Participate in the callout rota as required.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Relevant experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance.

City & Guilds 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants or CITB J11 Equivalent.

NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Commercial Refrigeration and AC Systems, OR Heating and Ventilation, OR Heating and Ventilation Service & Maintenance.

IPAF / PASMA certification.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
