Are you an experienced and compassionate Home Manager ready to take the lead in a well-respected residential care setting? We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded care provider seeking a dynamic and dedicated Home Manager to oversee a beautiful residential home in the Chester area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to make a real impact on the lives of residents and staff alike — ensuring the very highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Promote a caring, supportive, and person-centred environment for all residents. Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management.
Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performance.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
About You
Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a residential or elderly care setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
Passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming home environment.
