Summary

Link3 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Coventry on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Teacher or an English graduate with teaching experience who is passionate about inspiring students and making a real impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire students to achieve their full potential in English literature and language
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour and support student progress

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English OR a Degree in English with teaching/instructional experience
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum (KS3 & KS4)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for teaching and motivating young learners
