P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an AAT Trainee to join their team based in Halesworth on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
• From the start you will work on client-based projects, initially as a closely supported trainee assistant
• Audit and advisory focused roles will be undertaken predominantly at a client’s premises, where you will see what they do and how they do it
• Accounts and tax focused roles will be more office based but with regular client interaction
• You will learn how to use a range of software and technology platforms to analyse, process and test data
• Working as part of team made up of likeminded people with a strong cohort of people like you
• Pursuing a path to qualification supported by structured teaching and practical experience. Once you have attained this the opportunities are almost limitless
• Having some fun! While we take our work seriously, we also encourage our people to have fun along the way
Person Specification:
• Curious and enquiring school leavers who have achieved 2 A-levels at grade B or above (or an equivalent Level 3 qualification) and 5 GCSEs (grade 4 or above) including Maths and English
• Friendly and open personalities
• Team workers that appreciate and can provide supportive challenge from/to those that they work with
• Good levels of underlying oral and written communication skills
• Those who value and grasp the opportunity to gain a world-class professional qualification
• People that understand the responsibilities of working in a professional, client orientated and regulated environment
