CSCS Welfare Cleaner - Port Talbot

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting CSCS Welfare Cleaners for a major construction project in Port Talbot. These roles offer a minimum of 18 months' work with potential for longer-term opportunities on additional local projects. You will join a reputable construction team that values safety, reliability, and high standards of cleanliness.

Key Duties
  • Sweep and clear debris from work areas.

  • Clean welfare facilities including toilets, canteens and offices.

  • Empty bins and manage waste disposal.

  • Wipe down surfaces and maintain hygiene standards.

  • Report hazards or maintenance issues to site management.

  • Work independently while following site safety protocols at all times.

Requirements
  • Valid CSCS card.

  • Previous cleaning experience on construction or industrial sites preferred.

  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

  • Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.

  • PPE can be provided if required.
