You will be involved in the categorization and analysis of income sources, assisting in the preparation of financial documents and reports, and ensuring timely processing of payments and receipts. The Income Assistant will also contribute to the development of best practices in income tracking and financial management by utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring income sources and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports related to income.
Process and track payments and receipts efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Identify discrepancies in income reports and assist in resolving them.
Maintain up-to-date records for audit purposes and financial reporting.
Requirements
Proven experience in finance or accounting-related roles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £18.83
