As an Income Services Officer at Hyde, you will play a key role in managing the prevention and recovery of rent arrears and other debts across a designated patch. You will work directly with residents to provide advice, support and interventions that help them sustain their tenancies and maximise their income.
Key Duties
Recover rent arrears and service charges from an assigned account patch.
Respond to all resident correspondence relating to the management of their account.
Offer money management advice to support residents in prioritising rent and service charge payments and reducing arrears.
Provide guidance on benefits and welfare entitlements, ensuring residents receive appropriate referrals to maximise income.
Represent Hyde professionally at court hearings when required.
Refer cases to internal teams or external agencies where more in-depth support is needed.

Proven experience in rent arrears recovery and/or debt collection
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
