Salary: £13.69 per hour
Shift to start on the 24th December 1330 to 2200 2200 to 0700 0700 to 1030 This will include staff sleeping in and finishing on the 25th at 1030 am
We provide support for young people who are 16 and over, they are self sufficient but may need support in shopping and cooking, and spending time with staff. Staff conduct 3 x welfare checks per shift either in person or by phone, staff on duty will record when they have seen a yp what the yp have done today and what support was offered.
We do not get into conflict with the yps, there is a lone worker device, a full induction will be given to the staff , they are there as support if needed.
