You’ll support older adults in their own homes with:

• Companionship and friendly conversation
• Personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders and support
• Helping clients stay active, independent, and confident at home

Every visit is different, but the goal is always the same: helping someone live well in the place they love most — their home.

Pay & benefits you can rely on

• £12.75 – £13.75 per hour
• £24.50 per hour on Bank Holidays
• Paid travel time and waiting time
• 35p per mile mileage allowance
• 28 days’ holiday (pro rata)
• Pension scheme
• Staff discounts and wellbeing support
• Fully funded training and career development

What we’re looking for

You don’t need previous care experience — we’re looking for the right people.

• Kind, patient, and reliable individuals
• A genuine desire to help others
• Full UK driving license and access to a car (essential)
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check

Experience in care, support work, hospitality, retail, childcare, or customer service can be helpful, but full training is provided.
