You will be working for a manufacturing company based in Warrington.
Your new role
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Review and apply pay rate adjustments in line with agreements, including calculating and processing any required back pay
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Calculate redundancy entitlements accurately
- Support the Payroll Supervisor in analysing and finalising payrolls and payments, ensuring accuracy before sign-off
- Adhere to and enforce established payroll policies, processes, and procedures
- Contribute to ongoing payroll projects, including the implementation of a new payroll system
- Assist with year-end responsibilities, such as Tax Year End processes, preparation of P11Ds, and annual increases.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience processing end to end payroll
- CIPP (preferred)
