Summary
Kelvin Care is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, person-centred care to people living in their own homes, ensuring they receive the support they need to live comfortably and independently.
What You’ll Do
As a Care Support Worker, you will support individuals with personal care, moving & handling, medication, meal preparation, household tasks such as paying bills and light housework.
Support individuals to be involved in the local community and promote independence.
Support with making and attending appointments
Communicate with health & social care professionals.
Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided
Communicate effectively with families.
Work independently and as part of a team.
