Summary
To provide a Reception Service to a mixed tenant business centre in Bolton - temp and holiday cover - Hours 8.45am - 5.15pm. JOB SHARE
Main duties
- Raise/lower shutter at the main entrance and unlock/lock door when entering and leaving the building.
- Greet Visitors and direct them to the correct floor.
- Answer phone and emails.
- Ensure all heating and lighting is switched on/off at the end of the day, monitoring the building during the day re lights and toilets and maintenance.
- Meter readings (in house training).
- Legionella testing (in house training).
- Monitoring CCTV.
- Fire alarm testing (in house training).
- Post in/out.
- Petty Cash.
- Clean public areas of the building (handles and lift buttons).
- Visitor sign in/out.
- Request maintenance jobs.
- Contact contractors and arrange maintenance jobs.
- Update maintenance tracker.
- Liaise with Head Office in regards to updating monthly, bi annual or the annual services and maintenance jobs.
- Locking bins before leaving.
- General Public Enquiries.
- Meeting room bookings.
- Diversion of phone.
- Update diary with news or ongoing issues/work
- Viewing for potential tenants.
