Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Band 5) to join the North Hull Nursing and Conditions Community team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Nurse to work within our community nursing team, providing holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.
The successful applicant should be a first level registered nurse with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience of community nursing is not essential and the successful candidate will have a named mentor and an individually tailored plan.
